Is everything okay with your team?

Fuckup Nights It is a global movement and a series of events that share stories of professional failures. Every month, at events around the world, we bring together three or four people who stand up in front of a room full of strangers to share their own professional mistakes. Stories of failed business ventures, partners who fall out, deals that go wrong, products that have to be recalled—we share them all. At Buenos Aires, “ Fuckup Nights ” has been organized for over 8 years. Currently, it has been run by the Wowlat Foundation since 2018 and brings together a group of volunteers with the mission of creating spaces for people to come together, supporting society, organizations, and individuals in raising awareness and embracing failure as a source of learning, while eliminating the perception of negative bias.
