Thanks to Fuckup Nights their partnership and for this event! We definitely learn much more if we dare to talk about our mistakes than if we hide behind our ego, wearing a mask of infallibility! A great meeting !

Fuckup Nights just an event, it's a genuine movement. The most rewarding part is seeing people feel inspired to be more vulnerable, honest, and open-minded; to connect more deeply. We're promoting the narrative that failure is an integral part of the entrepreneurial journey, and that's how we start building bridges in our community. I literally get goosebumps just writing this!

“One of the most memorable moments of our global HR Leadership meeting was our Fuckup Nights. A powerful and safe space where we, as a team, had the opportunity to be even more authentic, vulnerable, and deeply connected. Because radical candor is not a weakness, it is the gateway to trust, growth, and stronger collaboration.”

"I attended many networking events that felt like sales pitches: People talk to impress, not to connect. I attended FuN Barcelona discovered that getting to know someone through their 'fuckup moment' was a much more genuine way of networking. It's a supportive community where you feel authentic. My advice will always be: Just do it – the worst that can happen is that you make a mistake. ;)"

“I want to thank you for yesterday's session. I loved it, and I've received very positive feedback from the team. These are opportunities we never get, and they really recharge our batteries.”

Xiomara Zambrana

Fuckup Nights La Paz
"Being a Fuckupper has allowed me not only to meet fantastic people talking about their mistakes, but also to deconstruct the paradigm of failure within myself, because at the end of the day, to promote this movement, you have to believe in it. It's a process, a continuous cycle that strives to knock you off course, while the system asks you to return. Breaking with that status quo that limits you is transformative and liberating."

BBVA

“It has been a truly enriching experience. They shared deeply inspiring messages with me, as well as specific examples of what they took away from the event. Their words confirmed something very powerful to me: we managed to impact people's lives, which was exactly our goal. It wasn't just another talk or presentation; it was a turning point for many people.”

Robert

Fuckup Nights Hamburg, Germany
From events on real stages to online events and back to physical events. I started my FUN journey in 2018 as a guest at Fuckup Nights in Denmark. I have always been outgoing and wanted to get on that stage. So I decided to look for a local alternative here in Hamburg, Germany. There were no events planned, no one to contact, so I'll do it! I started the Fuckup Nights chapter Fuckup Nights Hamburg in 2019, and our first event sold out in three days. That showed me: "Damn it, Robert, there's a need for these kinds of events!"

FEMSA

Fuckup Nights events give Fuckup Nights the opportunity to listen to experiences, empathize with others, generate internal catharsis, and together unlock the positive value and transformation that lies behind failures. This type of conversation is necessary if we want more humane teams, more honest cultures, and more conscious leaders.”

Alejandra Gamboa

Fuckup Nights Aguascalientes, México
“Fuck Up Nights has been a springboard into our market. Our first event was a huge success, and we didn't have to work hard to sell all the tickets. People had fun, our guests felt very comfortable, and it was a night that made a big impression for us as a brand. It is undoubtedly a powerful tool for those looking to find a market and position themselves.”

HUNT

I never imagined that our internal speakers would share something so personal. They have achieved an incredible change in the way they have presented their stories. The storytelling was incredible. It was playful but disruptive; they were not seen as managers but as storytellers.

Claudia Valladares

Fuckup Nights Caracas
“At every FuckUp Nights event, we FuckUp Nights cease to be amazed by the lessons that participants leave us with! Sometimes amid laughter, sometimes amid tears, for every Fuckupper it is an opportunity to reflect on their own mistakes, failures, or setbacks, and for each attendee it is a chance to learn from them. Fuckup Nights Caracas a school of life for everyone, and particularly for those of us who are entrepreneurs!"

CEMEX-TEC

Pleasantly surprised by the interaction. Very good response from the audience. I loved the intro. I wasn't familiar with your process, and I thought it was great that you did that preliminary work with the speakers.
