With over 15,000 stories shared across 260 cities in 62 countries, this event is a powerful reminder that no entrepreneur, business owner, or team leader has a smooth journey. Mistakes, bad decisions, imposter syndrome, and rejections are all normal. But what shouldn't be normal is not talking about them or failing to learn from them.
