Every month, at events around the world, we get three or four people to face a room full of strangers to share their own professional screw-up. Stories of businesses that go bust, partner deals that fall out, products that have to be recalled, we tell it all.

Fuckup Nights Xalapa It was created to make mistakes visible, and from there, to understand them, make sense of them, and extract meaning from them. This space is for people who know that “when a fall is imminent, moving wisely is the prudent thing to do”—or, to paraphrase the advanced Xalapeño: growing doesn’t always mean moving in a straight line. It’s a space where failure ceases to be a stigma and becomes a topic of conversation, a source of awareness, and a catalyst for better decision-making.
