Every month, at events around the world, we get three or four people to face a room full of strangers to share their own professional screw-up. Stories of businesses that go bust, partner deals that fall out, products that have to be recalled, we tell it all.

Fuckup Nights Xalapa to bring mistakes into the open, and from there, to understand them, make sense of them, and find meaning in them. This space is for people who know that "when disaster is imminent, the smart move is to act wisely," or, to put it in the words of a seasoned Xalapeño: growing up doesn't always mean moving in a straight line. It is a space where failure ceases to be a stigma and becomes a conversation, awareness, and better decision-making.
