Events & Content Coordinator - EMEA Region

We’re looking for a talented coordinator to lead experiences with companies that trust us to explore failure, resilience, and innovation through vulnerability.

This full-time remote position reports directly to the General Manager of Fuckup Nights. This is a contractor-based role in a European time zone.

Responsibility

  • Lead the relationship with our partners to implement Fuckup Nights experiences (virtual and in-person), including organizing and attending video calls, replying to emails, and providing timely support with materials, communications, best practices, and anything else needed to deliver a world-class experience.
  • Track the implementation and progress of all ongoing events in the region.
  • Collaborate with our sales leads to fully understand client needs.
  • Find and coach speakers based on our global storytelling guidelines.
  • Coordinate moderators, speakers, and visual content (slides, posters, invites, social posts). Handle logistics and travel expenses with speakers and moderators.
  • Ensure top-quality experience, storytelling, and execution. You’ll also help design, pilot, and measure quality assurance processes.
  • Collaborate with sales and content teams and implement processes designed by the General Manager.
  • Take on fun side missions according to your skills (e.g., blog writing, internal training, etc.).

Profile

  • 2–3 years of experience in event coordination and/or production.
  • Direct experience producing virtual and in-person events, conferences, webinars, or trainings.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English (other languages are a plus).
  • Excellent skills in creating presentations and written content.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and service-oriented.
  • Driven by excellence and quality in everything you do.
  • Management of virtual tools, collaborative platforms and Google Suite.
  • Ability to handle technical aspects of virtual/hybrid events (webinars, videoconferences or live broadcasts).
  • Able to prioritize based on business needs.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Time management skills.
