Expansion Lead - EMEA Region

This full-time remote position reports directly to the General Manager of Fuckup Nights. The position is  aligned with European time zones.

The relationship is as a contractor.

Responsibility

  • Own and lead our Enterprise sales pipeline in the region: qualify leads, negotiate, close, and activate strategic partnerships.
  • Coordinate experiences with client organizations—from events to keynotes and workshops (yes, you may even facilitate some of them).
  • Build long-term relationships to drive re-engagement, upsells, and strategic alliances.
  • Represent our brand across EMEA: give interviews, create revenue-driven partnerships, and build visibility.
  • Collaborate with our global team to document success stories and showcase our work across global platforms.
  • As the region grows, you’ll work with our CEO to set up a regional headquarters.

Profile

  • High energy, optimism, and a passion for helping people break free from the fear of failure.
  • Full professional fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • Proven experience in scalable B2B sales, business development, and entrepreneurial environments.
  • Proficiency in tools such as HubSpot, Google Suite, and other collaborative platforms.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
  • You’re constantly learning and growing—we don’t care about degrees.
  • Strong prioritization skills and hyper-focus.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with sharp attention to detail, experience, and quality.

extra skills

  • Fluency in other European languages.
  • Experience building bootstrapped teams or ventures.
  • Public speaking experience with large or high-profile audiences.
