Fuckup Nights Sales Lead - America

Modality:
Remote, full-time (in the Americas)

We are looking for a person with strategic vision, commercial skills and a passion for connecting with customers to lead the growth of our licenses and experiences in the Americas.


You will be responsible for converting leads into high-value partnerships, building lasting relationships and continuously improving our sales processes.


This full-time, remote role reports directly to the General Manager of Fuckup, Inc.

Responsibility

  • Increase revenue and conversion rate of the inbound pipeline: lead qualification, sales calls, negotiation, follow-up and closing.
  • Prospect, qualify and nurture leads during the sales cycle, turning them into Fuckup Nights allies.
  • Build long-term relationships with current and former customers.
  • Strategically develop business by attending external and in-house events.

  • Ensure the Fuckup experience from first contact to handover to the Operations and Administration teams.

  • Communicate with your network to generate inbound leads and organic growth.

  • Analyze data to improve sales processes and strategies.

  • Work with other teams to boost lead generation.

  • Participate in business and team meetings, contributing ideas and solutions.

  • Provide updates and insights on the sales funnel and results.

Profile

  • Full command of English and Spanish.
  • Proven experience in scalable B2B sales, in entrepreneurial environments.
  • Comfort and discipline using CRM (ideally HubSpot), Google Suite and other collaborative tools.
  • Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills.
  • Desire to learn and grow constantly; we don't care about titles.
  • Ability to follow, improve and design methodologies, with absolute focus.
  • Exceptional organization and attention to detail and quality.
