Lead Magnet & Membership Request Specialist - LATAM Region

Remote, full time (in LATAM)

We’re looking for a sales-driven, results-oriented individual with a human-centered mindset to join the Fuckup Nights Licensing team.

This role will be responsible for generating new leads, qualifying membership and product requests, conducting first interviews, and strengthening the beginning of the customer journey for new cities and FUN products.

You will be the first face of FUN for hundreds of people across the globe. Your ability to connect, convert, and guide will be essential to turning our community’s potential into our promise: more cities, more communities, destigmatizing failure.

Responsibility

  • Design and implement strategies to attract high-quality leads.
  • Qualify incoming membership requests and conduct initial interviews (First Calls).
  • Send contracts, onboarding materials, and payment instructions.
  • Optimize the CRM and flag strategic profiles for other teams (Enterprise, Expansion, etc.).
  • Work closely with our Onboarding & Getting Started Specialist to hand off each fuckupper at their ideal activation point.

Profile

  • Previous experience in sales, digital marketing, or lead generation.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (preferably HubSpot), Google Suite, ClickUp, and Slack.
  • Analytical skills to track KPIs (conversion rates, response rates, etc.).
  • Full professional fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • Understanding of conversion funnels and basic automation.
