Project Manager - Estonia Events

Modality:
Remote (availability in LATAM or EMEA time zones) with availability to travel frequently internationally.

This role is key to the growth of Fuckup Nights at the corporate level. Reporting directly to General Management, you will be the bridge between strategic clients and the flawless execution of their events. It is a position designed for someone who enjoys autonomy, high-level relationship management, and the dynamism of working in multiple countries simultaneously.

Responsibility

  • Account Management: Cultivate and expand strong, long-term relationships with our global VIP clients.
  • Event Execution: Coordinate more than 15 annual events in various countries, including facilitating them in person when necessary.
  • Logistics and Suppliers: Negotiate and manage the contracting of services and content in different international markets.
  • Talent Coordination: Identify and manage speakers and attendees in conjunction with the internal team.
  • Internal Synchronization: Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Operations to ensure that each project is aligned with company objectives.
  • Outreach: Collaborate with the communications team to project the impact of our business work on global platforms.

Profile

We are looking for a professional with solid experience in corporate event management and strategic accounts. Someone who not only knows how to organize processes, but also has the presence and confidence necessary to speak in public and represent the brand. We do not focus on academic qualifications, but rather on people with a mindset of constant growth, who are resilient to change and have great attention to detail.

  • Languages: Bilingual or advanced English (mandatory). Proficiency in other European languages is valued.
  • Communication: Exceptional negotiation, public speaking, and high-level presentation skills.
  • Technology: Proficiency in CRM (HubSpot), Google Workspace, and remote collaboration tools.
  • Organization: Impeccable time management and focus on the quality of the customer experience.
  • Adaptability: Ability to reorganize strategies on the fly to meet goals.
