SDR Americas (Sales Development Representative)

Modality:
Part-time | 100% Remote (Latin America)

At Fuckup Nights a social enterprise with a clear mission: to free the world from the fear of failure. We do this by hosting events in more than 270 cities and partnering with organizations to foster innovative cultures where failure is seen as a learning opportunity, not a taboo.

We’re looking for an SDR (Sales Development Representative) for the Americas region. Your mission isn’t just to “sell”—it’s to identify where our magic is needed, qualify leads with a keen eye, and keep our sales machine running smoothly. If you’re the type of person who never lets an email go unanswered and loves seeing a flawless CRM, this is the place for you.

Responsibility

  • Identify and qualify: Individually reach out to hundreds of our newsletter subscribers every month and turn them into real leads.
  • Strategic Qualification: Evaluate inbound leads to prioritize potential customers who truly align with our mission, optimizing the pipeline from the very first contact.
  • Schedule Management: Coordinate follow-ups to schedule team sales calls.
  • Licensing Process Owner: Manage the entire licensing cycle for clients (pre- and post-call follow-up, creation of proposals, contracts, and payment links).
  • Lead Reactivation: Prospecting where others have stopped looking. Your mission is to reignite the spark with potential customers who already know us but need one last push.
  • Golden rule: Keep the CRM updated in real time. If it’s not in the CRM, it didn’t happen.
  • Synchronization: Participate in our daily stand-ups to keep the team on track.

Profile

We are looking for a professional with strong self-management skills and the ability to work independently.

  • Attention to detail: Extreme rigor in following up on leads and ensuring the accuracy of the information handled.
  • Priority Management: Proven ability to efficiently manage multiple leads and simultaneous workflows.
  • Solution-oriented: A proactive mindset to identify areas for improvement in current processes and implement optimizations independently.
  • Adaptability: The ability to perform successfully in remote, dynamic, and fast-paced environments; demonstrating strong resilience in the face of rejection and a focus on achieving goals.

extra skills

  • Advanced English (C1/C2): Essential. You will be writing and speaking English every day.
  • Sales Experience: Experience working in high-volume sales or business development.
  • Tech-savvy: Proficiency with CRMs, Google Apps, Slack, and collaboration tools.
  • Eternal learner: We don't care about your credentials; what matters to us is your ability to learn and improve your methods.
  • Focus: The ability to enter deep work mode and be hyper-efficient.
